HOME, OFFICE, & COMMERCIAL ORGANIZING
The initial consultation, conducted by phone or e-mail, is free. After the phone consult, there is the option to set up an in-person one hour consult.
I will advise you of my standard rates and provide you with an estimate of the costs of your project if possible. After the phone consultation, we’ll arrange a time for a more in-depth consultation (one hour) or our first session. I work on an hourly or flat fee basis depending on the work.
Purge, sort, place, order supplies (if necessary). The in-home session begins with sorting, and if needed, purging, items in the space to organized. Purging is ideally done with the supervision of the client, but I have a system in place when hands-on involvement is not possible. None of your items will be disposed of without your explicit permission. I often work in homes alone and am ABLE TO PROVIDE REFERENCES. Please also see my TESTIMONIALS page.
My organizing process revolves around the principle of interior styling. This means that your design sensibility and the aesthetics of your space are the primary inspiration for my work. Even if the project is organizing your kitchen pantry, I want you to feel that the result represents your unique style and most importantly work with the bones of your home.
If the project is a wardrobe or closet, I will find a way to make your most treasured and often used pieces accessible. I find enjoy finding ways to bring new life and visibility to items you may have forgotten about or are not sure how to display. Interior styling is organizing that inspires.
HOME, OFFICE & COMMERCIAL ORGANIZING
TEMPORARY HOME MANAGEMENT
Home unpacking and set-up. Utility installation. Buying furniture and home organizational items. Arranging house-keepers, gardeners, landscapers, handymen, etc… Supervising the moving in and out and hanging of heavy items. I have experience doing all these things for many clients.
I worked as an assistant to an art advisor. Art doesn’t have to be just for the 1%. I help my clients source art, frame, and display it, as well as family photos.
ART STUDIO SET UP
I’ve done research that confirms most artists are inherently “messy people.” My experience working with some artists has confirmed this myth. I can help set-up studios to be more efficient, which will save time and money.
